On our farm we drink this tea pretty much everyday, all day, all summer long.  It is so refreshing and delicious we just can’t seem to get enough of it. Luscious and vibrant, Hibiscus Mint sun tea will delight your eyes as well as your taste buds. Spearmint and peppermint are both cooling aromatic plants that will help you cool down on those hot summer days. This blend is not only referencing though, it will also aid digestion, benefit skin health, and is packed with Vitamin C. We enjoy it as a sun tea but it can be brewed and enjoyed hot as well.  We add Rooibos to blend for its sweet and earthy notes as well as its high level of antioxidants that protect against free radicals and its many other herbal benefits. This blend is caffeine free.

Notes for the CBD version:

  • Contains coconut based organic MCT powder (used as a lipid to increase CBD absorption)
  • Estimated 65mg CBD per serving.

All ingredients are either certified organic, wildcrafted, or grown on our own farm using regenerative and organic practices.

 

Ingredients: Organic Spearmint, Organic Rooibos, Organic Peppermint, Rock N’ Roots Farm Hemp(for CBD variety) Organic Hibiscus, Organic MCT powder (for CBD variety).

 

Blending Instructions:  Add 1-2 teaspoons of Hibiscus Mint Tea to your favorite mug, add boiling water and let steep for 5-7 minutes.  Re-steeping is encouraged. Sun Tea: For sun tea (our favorite way to brew) add 2 teaspoons/ 8 oz of water to a jar or pitcher. Cover and set in the sun for several hours. Pour over ice or set it in the fridge.  We encourage using a tea straw or tea ball for most enjoyable experience. NOTE: there is an option when purchasing to include a really nice tea straw. As Taraz has said- it’s what all the cool kids are doing!
