All ingredients in our Sound Bath Tea are either certified organic, wildcrafted, or grown on our own farm using regenerative and organic practices.

Ingredients: Blend of Rock’n Roots Farm Tulsi varieties, Stinging Nettle, Rock’n Roots Farm Chcolate Mint, Rock’n Roots Farm Milky Oat Tops, Rock’n Roots Farm Calendula Flower.

Blending Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon per cup of Sound Bath Tea to your favorite mug, add boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes. Hint – The longer you steep the more herbal flavor you will taste! We encourage using a tea straw or tea ball for the most enjoyable experience.
